Order preparation takes from 1 to 5 days.

Deadlines:

3 - 5 days by registered priority mail from Lithuania Post.

LP Express, Omniva, DPD post offices - 3-5 days.

DELIVERY ABROAD

If you would like to receive a parcel to a foreign country, please contact us at info@ansashop.lt so that we can clarify the delivery price and time. Orders are subject to the local VAT tax of the country to which the order is being shipped. The recipient of the order is responsible for all import taxes, customs and local taxes applicable in the recipient's country.

TERMS OF RETURN

  1. ansashop.lt e-shop is based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and therefore also has a return policy. Purchased products can be returned to the company in the following cases:

  2. If the product you received was not the same as the one you purchased in the online shop.

  3. If the size of the product is not suitable or you do not like the appearance of the product, we offer you a replacement (you will only have to pay for the delivery of the other product).

  4. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, we give the customer the opportunity to return the purchased product - we give 14 (fourteen) days to complete the process, as stated. The period is calculated from the moment the parcel is delivered to the customer or from the moment the parcel is collected by the customer.

  5. Please note that the goods you wish to return must be unused and must not have lost their original appearance or visual characteristics (unless the goods are defective or faulty). The packaging must also be intact, undamaged and undeformed. Note - Opened packaging is not considered as damage if the purpose was to make sure that the item received corresponds to the description given in the online shop.

  6. The buyer is responsible for the return costs.

  7. When returning an item, the following information must be provided: the order number, the name and code of the item to be returned and the date of purchase.

  8. Our online shop undertakes to refund the money within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the returned product.

  9. If the customer wishes to exchange the returned product for another one, the delivery time limits set out in the e-shop's terms and conditions apply.

  10. The following goods cannot be returned or exchanged under the law: perfumery, cosmetics and toiletries. Goods that are made to order.

  11. The buyer who returns unsatisfactory or unsuitable goods shall be liable for the direct costs incurred in returning the goods.
